Being too much, or exactly enough?

Do you ever feel like your soul is overwhelming for most people?
As if your existence itself is a trigger for others because you feel deeply?
Because you are real and authentic?

You are not alone.

being too much as a sensitive person

Mesmerized and eager for more

When I started showing up more honest about who I am, the more I started feeling like I was too much.

I noticed a pattern of people being intrigued by my depth, longing for something real. They would step into my world with one foot, mesmerized and eager for more. So they put in the other foot.
But before we can even start walking deeper, they hesitate.
Because now it gets real.

My soul isn’t afraid of emotions. I embrace my pain and my love on all levels. With both feet in, the ego gets scared of drowning and so most people freeze or run.

I have seen this dynamic play out over the years, believing I am “too much.” Too real. Too intense. Too loving.

A treasure and a gift

It took me some time to realize that my depth is something I should treasure and share only with people who treat it with love and appreciation. My world is a mirror for others to see themselves through me.

Not everyone is ready for this, and not everyone wants to experience this. And that is a good thing. By simply being yourself, the people who aren’t aligned with you will naturally fade away. This is a gift. It shows you who will stand with you in the shallow waters, and who is willing to walk hand in hand into the deep sea. To discover what eerie and mystical creatures are living there.

If you ever feel like you are too much, know that for the right people, you are exactly enough.

I am here, standing with you in the deep blue sea.
I see you, I appreciate you, and I love you.

I share my truth, because realness creates connection. Vulnerability opens a space where others can feel seen, and safe, ready to embrace who they truly are. If it resonates, share it and leave a message.
